What is TLV Compute?

TLV Compute is a not-for-profit project aiming to provide Israeli AI researchers with heavily discounted free GPU compute to power their research.

Why do this?

Israel has been at the technological cutting edge for the past two decades, but faces the risk of falling behind in AI innovation. We believe this is partially because the resources required for AI innovation are simply out of reach. That’s what we set out to solve.

Who is this for?

We’re building TLV Compute for any Israeli researcher who needs more compute. Most funded research will be affiliated with academia, but we’re also happy to help power AI research at Israeli startup companies that have raised less than $2M in funding.

How much cloud credits will you provide?

We aim to provide up to $100K in funding per project.

How can I apply?

Click here to submit an application. All applications will be reviewed by a team of leading Israeli academics, who will choose for research that meets several criteria, including novelty, feasibility and impact. New & experienced researchers are all welcome to apply.
